Our consulting services are divided into the following three categories: Testing Assessments, Independent Test Management, and Staffing.
Testing Assessments.
DiJohn’s Testing Assessment ( Independent Validation and Verification) service combines our years of experience in software testing and quality assurance with concepts outlined in industry leading testing maturity models. Software process maturity may be defined as the extent to which a specific process is explicitly defined, managed, measured, controlled, and effective. Through the assessment of an organization’s testing practice, DiJohn will be able to identify it’s current level of testing maturity, and increase the long-term success and health of the project or organization by offering a clear set of process improvement suggestions. As part of the assessment activities, DiJohn may also be hired to provide guidance or even conduct process improvement initiatives for the client.
Independent Test Management.
The Independent Test Management service involves DiJohn supplying a group of extremely knowledgeable engineers that integrate into an organization and perform the entire testing function from test management to test execution and analysis.
Staffing.
DiJohn also offers staffing as a consulting service. As part of the staffing service, DiJohn provides competent, eager test consultants that integrate into an organization as part of a testing group that is owned and run by the client. Test consultants may function as test managers and/or test engineers.
